As the European Regional Sales Manager, you have the opportunity to build a business in a high-growth market with substantial expansion opportunities. As the business grows within the region, this position will be responsible for building the future sales organization across EMEA and helping to define the future infrastructure for the region.
Sensear is looking to hire an energetic, technically savvy, and highly motivated senior Account Manager as a member of its growing global organization with a proven track record in industrial safety and communication products.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Regional Account Manager has the responsibility for driving strategic relationships and revenue growth for the company with existing and new accounts. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, driven, and have demonstrated sales leadership experience. This role will be responsible for driving sales across EMEA, working with senior-level decision makers, negotiating contracts, and providing product needs and developments back to the technical organization. Both internally and externally, this role will be expected to engage in multi-disciplinary teams including technical, marketing, sales, operations, and regulatory.
The Regional Account Manager must develop excellent working relationships with key customer stakeholders, foster and grow existing business, and establish new opportunities that result in aggressive growth for the company. Experience in system integrations and a strong technical acumen with demonstrated success in consultative selling in a high-growth market is required.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong technical acumen and interest, specifically related to the two-way radio and communication industry or other PPE devices with comparable channels and customers. The candidate must understand the technical implementation of communication accessories. Field sales experience calling on applicable industrial customers and/or distributors with proven success is required. This is a remote sales position requiring a minimum of 50% travel.
