To strengthen our team, we are looking for you - an experienced business analyst (m/f/d) who brings technology, processes and people together and wants to make a difference together with us. shape Your tasks You bring structure to complex requirements: you analyze, question and transform them into clear, implementable results. You actively involve stakeholders, conduct workshops confidently and ensure that everyone works together towards the same goal. You visualize processes understandably and effectively - e.g. B. with BPMN – and makes it easier for teams and customers to understand complex processes. You identify optimization potential and proactively drive improvements - always with the aim of creating real added value. You use your technical understanding, analyze interfaces, APIs and system architectures and create a solid basis for viable solutions. • You have a degree in computer science as well as several years of experience as a business analyst and in software development. Technical topics such as IT architectures, APIs, interfaces and databases motivate you instead of scaring you away.
