About the position
The Commercial Marketing Manager is jointly responsible for achieving the financial targets and growth path of the product group by developing the overall commercial strategy, pursuing opportunities and supporting capacity planning (including subcontractor management) and product management projects.
In this role it is necessary to collaborate with Product Management, Business Marketing, Sales and Operations to build a global long-term Sales plan for the product group and derive Marketing strategies and Industrial initiatives to implement the plan. This involves participation in the company’s deep dive process & sales handshake, close alignment with other product groups and the creation of Go-to-Market strategies.
The Commercial Marketing Manager is a strategic thinker and visionary who has to balance short term profit optimization with long term marketing and growth ambitions. They need to have an understanding of B2B market environments with (fast) changing business cycles and therefore require a self-motivated character with an analytical and can-do mindset.
