A problem solver & automation enthusiast – always looking for ways to reduce manual effort
Experienced in managing data pipelines & ingestion workflows (4+ years in Data Ops, Data Engineering, or AdTech)
Familiar with AdTech & programmatic advertising (DSPs, audience segmentation, taxonomy)
Proficient in SQL, Python, ETL workflows/DBT, cloud data infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, etc.)
Experienced with data monitoring & quality control – ensuring accuracy & compliance
Able to work across teams – collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Partnerships
A self-starter who can take ownership and drive improvements in scalability & efficiency

Own Adsquare Data Execution & Automation
Ensure Adsquare Data is prepared and delivered seamlessly
Build workflows & automation to reduce manual operational work
Monitor & improve data quality – ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and up-to-date
Proactively identify & resolve operational bottlenecks before they impact the business
Optimise Data Distribution & Integrations
Ensure seamless data syndication across DSPs, DMPs, and platforms
Work with Data Analytics Engineers to automate taxonomy mapping & partner integrations
Implement monitoring & alerting systems to detect issues before they impact revenue
Operational Efficiency & Scalability
Improve data ingestion & monitoring processes to ensure stable data pipelines
Analyse partner usage & adoption trends to optimise performance & distribution
Drive efficiency in package management & taxonomy distribution
Collaborate with the Product & Commercial teams to support pricing & data availability
