Jobtailor in Germany seeks a Learning & Development leader to implement a comprehensive training strategy across the NAM Zone, focusing on maximizing sales performance and market understanding in healthcare diagnostics. You will design role-specific training for AE, ACISE, Coag, and others, while coordinating onboarding for new hires and providing real-time feedback to learners.

You will evaluate training needs, drive program delivery, and travel to field locations to ensure hands-on capability

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial sales.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics with market understanding.
• Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred.

• Deliver and/or assist in the delivery of formal training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relative expertise in business, healthcare, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial sales
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with a deep understanding of the market landscape and customer needs
• Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred
