In this positon you will support the deputy manager and the head of department and will be responsible for an international team of approximately 25 employees.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring our operational business (project execution) by providing sufficient, suitable personnel for our processes
• Personnel planning; Personnel development and performance evaluation
• Capacity planning (overview of current and projected employee/team workload)
• Personnel assessment and development (education, training, career)
• Conducting appraisal interviews (development, conflict, salary, feeback appraisals)
• Provision of the required infrastructure
• Identification and development of key performance indicators
• Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection

What you will bring

• Successfully completed apprenticeship or university degree
• Several years of professional experience
• Leadership experience is desirable
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English (international team and international working environment)
• A high sense of responsibility, decisiveness and a solution-orientated way of working
• Stress resistance and ability to work in an operational, deadline driven, dynamic environment
• Analytical thinking and a structured and results-oriented working method.
