Job summary

ROSEN Group in Dresden/Radebeul is seeking an IT Service Technician (all genders welcome) to join our team at the Dresden location. You will provide on-site IT support, install, configure, maintain, and update IT systems and infrastructure, and contribute to projects and rollouts.

We value teamwork, analytical problem-solving, and a proactive mindset. Applicants should have an IT apprenticeship or comparable qualification, familiarity with Microsoft desktop OS, and willingness to work on-site

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as IT specialist in system integration or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in a related focus is desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for users at the Dresden location.
• Install, configure, maintain, and update IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
• Server room tasks: network work, hardware work, cabling, basic checks.
• Analyze and resolve issues (1st and 2nd level).
• Proactive monitoring of systems and services to prevent outages.
• Comply with IT and IT security policies and implement patches.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Plan, manage, and implement IT projects and rollouts.
• Support existing ROSEN locations in Germany.

What you can expect

We are looking to strengthen our team at our Radebeul location with an IT Service Technician (all genders welcome)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing on-site IT support for users at the Dresden location
• Installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates of IT systems, software, and IT infrastructure
• Server room tasks (e.g., network work, hardware work, cabling, basic checks)
• Analysis and resolution of issues (1st and 2nd level)
• Proactive monitoring of systems and services to prevent outages
• Compliance with and implementation of IT and IT security policies
• Identification of vulnerabilities and implementation of appropriate security patches
• Creation, maintenance, and provision of technical documentation
• Comprehensive documentation of systems, changes, and processes
• Planning, management, and implementation of IT projects and rollouts
• Support for existing ROSEN locations in Germany

What you will bring

• A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience with a relevant focus is desirable

• A high degree of commitment, reliability, and interest in complex systems, as well as the ability to organize your work independently and assess the risks of your own actions

• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
• Willingness to work on-site in the office 4-5 days a week
