Job summary

ROSEN Group in Dresden is seeking a Workgroup Lead in the Data Evaluation area to support the deputy manager and head of department, overseeing an international team of about 25 employees.

You will manage project execution staffing, capacity planning, and development, ensure infrastructure, and drive safety and performance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed apprenticeship or university degree.
• Several years of professional experience.
• Leadership experience is desirable.
• Very good English skills for an international team.

In this positon you will support the deputy manager and the head of department and will be responsible for an international team of approximately 25 employees.

What you will bring

• Successfully completed apprenticeship or university degree
