Are you passionate about ensuring a safe online experience for millions of users? We are looking for a detail-oriented Video Content Analyst (German Speaker) to join our YouTube Trust & Safety team in Lisbon.

About The Role

In this position, you will review and analyze video content to ensure it complies with community guidelines, platform policies, and safety standards. This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, objective, and committed to maintaining a secure digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate video content based on internal policies and community standards
• Flag, elevate, or remove content involving sensitive or harmful material
• Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
• Work effectively in 24/7 rotating shifts to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with team leads and quality specialists to improve policy understanding
• Stay updated on evolving content trends and policy changes

Requirements

Mandatory

• Fluent German (C1C2) + strong English (B2 minimum)
• Excellent attention to detail and objective analytical skills
• Availability to work in flexible rotating shifts
• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon (LACS Anjos)

Preferred

• Experience in moderation, contact centers, or customer support
• Exposure to sensitive or graphic content
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Emotional resilience and ability to stay professional under challenging content

Compensation & Benefits

Without experience

Base salary: Up to 14 000 gross/year

Language bonus: 3240 gross/year

With Experience In Content Analysis

Base salary: 16,100 gross/year

Language bonus: 3240 gross/year

Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (meal card, net)

Transport Allowance: 700

Relocation Support

For candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal:

• Full assistance with NIF & NISS
• Support in finding accommodation
• 2,500 gross relocation bonus (paid with first payroll)

For candidates relocating within Portugal (100+ km from Lisbon):

1,500 gross relocation bonus
