Your tasks

• Support the GRC team in the areas of compliance management, legal and the internal control system, as well as with administrative tasks.
• Maintain, structure and further develop contract management, e.g. by monitoring contract terms and coordinating with specialist departments.
• Support the documentation and follow-up of internal controls, train control owners and help identify process improvements.
• Contribute to compliance and risk analyses, in particular for the assessment of business partners with regard to sanctions.
• Assist in the creation, updating and communication of internal policies and training materials.
• Conduct research on and evaluate current legal and regulatory developments.
• Maintain and administer the SharePoint environment.
• Support cross‑functional projects in the areas of compliance, legal and IT security.

Your profile

• You are an enrolled student of business, law, social sciences or a comparable field of study.
• Initial practical experience in compliance, contract management, auditing, internal audit or management consulting is an advantage.
• High level of diligence, accuracy and sense of responsibility, combined with a structured way of working.
• Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of communication and teamwork.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, ideally also of SharePoint or contract management tools.
