Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic logistics team at JD.com. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely handling of goods within our warehouse, contributing directly to JD.com's commitment to fast and reliable customer delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and identifying any discrepancies or damages.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Operate various warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner (certification may be required or provided).
• Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counting, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and loading onto delivery vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including sweeping, tidying, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
• Handled and manage computer-based systems, including basic troubleshooting, system operations, and ensuring efficient performance of hardware and software components.
• Applied programming and problem-solving skills to support technical tasks, data handling, and process optimization in a structured and efficient manner.
