About the Role

As a Maternal and Child Health Nurse, you’ll provide high-quality, culturally safe care to Aboriginal families in the Kimberley region. Your role will focus on the health and wellbeing of mothers, infants, and young children through:

• Antenatal and postnatal care
• Child health checks and immunisations
• Growth, nutrition, and developmental monitoring
• Supporting parenting and early childhood education programs
• Health promotion and preventative education for families
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to improve long-term outcomes
