VP, Delivery Assurance – Global PMO

Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced senior program executive to own global delivery assurance and the AI-enabled PMO for large-scale PS programs. You will lead cross-region teams, set standards, and drive cloud adoption success while managing budgets and tooling investments.

You will engage senior customers, align SI partnerships, and shape the delivery framework across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in professional services or large-scale program delivery.
• At least 7 years in senior program leadership or PMO executive roles.
• Demonstrated ownership of a global program assurance, delivery excellence, or quality function in a services organization of 1,000+ people.
• Track record recovering high-stakes customer programs and rebuilding customer trust at the executive level.
• Deep experience operating with and influencing SI partners, including in program assurance and joint-delivery accountability models.
• Experience leading methodology evolution through a fundamental shift such as agile transformation, cloud transition, or AI/automation adoption.
• Executive-level program leadership, including Tier 1 customer war rooms and board-level delivery reviews.
• Strategy-setting authority on what “good delivery” means in an AI-accelerated services model.
• AI fluency in agentic delivery tools, predictive risk models, and AI-assisted PM practices
• Strong influence skills and ability to partner with regional VPs as peers
• Financial and operational rigor on program economics, margin protection, and value realization
• P&C insurance or core systems implementation experience preferred
• Prior PMP, PgMP, or comparable program management credentials preferred
• Background in services delivery for a hyperscaler, ERP vendor, or major SaaS platform company preferred
• Track record building or leading a delivery assurance or program quality function from the ground up preferred

Aufgaben

• Own the global delivery assurance function and leading-indicator system for surfacing program risk early.
• Own Cloud Adoption Success outcomes across PS-led and SI-led programs.
• Personally engage on the highest-risk programs and mobilize cross-region resources to recover customer commitments.
• Own program management methodology, delivery assurance methodology, and delivery excellence framework.
• Integrate technical, engineering, and delivery-execution methodology layers into an end-to-end PS delivery standard.
• Drive AI-enabled assurance and PMO tooling, including predictive program risk, automated status synthesis, and AI-assisted PM coaching.
• Own and improve the global Delivery Excellence function.
• Set the PM certification standard for PS consultants and SI partner practitioners.
• Run the global PMO as one organization with AMER, EMEA, and APAC leaders reporting directly.
• Own the global PMO and Delivery Assurance cost-center budget, headcount plan, tooling investments, and AI platform spend.
• Build the predictability layer for reliable PS forecasting with Global Operations.
• Set global standards for project and program management, including leveling, certification, and career paths.
• Own the global Partner Program Quality function and standards for SI-led program assurance.
• Partner with Alliances on partner certification and design-authority models.
• Champion AI integration across delivery assurance, risk prediction, analytics, methodology automation, and PMO reporting.
• Represent Guidewire externally at customer steering committees, SI partner executive conversations, and industry forums
