Jobbeschreibung

• Provide strategic direction and accountability for Rocket’s professional services portfolio
• Enable exceptional customer outcomes in engagements with Rocket’s Customer Solutions Engineering organization
• Ensure readiness for portfolio growth and onboarding following large-scale M&A integrations
• Develop and execute the CSE PMO vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Own and optimize Rocket’s Professional Services Automation solution and processes
• Evaluate and improve PMO capability, governance, and maturity
• Lead Project Management leadership activities, including planning, staffing, budgeting, expense management, and methodology improvements
• Manage post-sales portfolio financial planning, tracking, control, forecasting, and reporting
• Influence cross-functional leadership to ensure successful transition from pre-sales to project delivery
• Develop and present project portfolio communications to stakeholders
• Design and implement CSE project management process and methodology improvements
• Enable Project Management organization members to manage customer engagements from initiation through implementation and go-live
• Ensure identification, evaluation, tracking, communication, and mediation of project issues and risks
• Establish long-term direction for the CSE PMO, including staffing, workflows, systems, and leadership
• Lead CSE portfolio integration during corporate development M&A activities
• Evaluate acquired businesses’ professional services methods, portfolios, and resource requirements
• Lead resolution of complex issues using data-driven insights
• Collaborate with senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a professional services leader driving the success of a complex multi-million dollar portfolio delivering technical solutions
• 10+ years of previous management experience
• Solid understanding of technical solution project life cycle models
• Expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles and practices
• Sufficient technical background to provide credible leadership to project management teams and evaluate complex project risks and issues
• Ability to lead project management professionals and collaborate across all functions of a professional services organization
• Business and financial acumen with experience managing a large, complex, and growing portfolio
• Experience as business owner of a fully integrated enterprise PSA application solution
• Record of successfully leading professional services teams providing technology solutions to customers larger than $1 billion
• In-depth knowledge and experience with organizational change management methodologies
• Ability to envision and drive strategic programs within time, resource, and budget constraints
• Proven success establishing KPIs and metrics to drive operational/service delivery excellence
• Experience with M&A integration accountability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with enterprise customers and executives
• Experience scaling organizational capabilities end-to-end without compromising quality or control
• PMP, PfMP, and/or PgMP certifications required
