Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a seasoned Lead Program Manager to oversee a global, high-value Hilton program, aligning strategy with execution.

You will lead regular program syncs, steer committees, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and guide a team of project managers and change managers across departments to deliver on business objectives. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Ten years of professional work experience.
• Five years of work experience in program management, project management, organizational change management, or a combination of these.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, PROSCI/CCMP, or similar certification would be useful.
• Experience using PROSCI methodology, tools, principles, and application.
• Understanding and validated experience applying the ADKAR model.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet or other project planning tools.

• Own status reports, executive dashboards, and risk assessments.
