The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, phase-gate governance, and clear executive updates, with a focus on customer readiness and successful launches.
The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of Irth Solutions’ integrated asset-integrity and risk platform. This role sits within the PMO and is responsible for coordinating delivery across Product, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Infrastructure, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
The Senior Project Manager will own the integrated delivery plan, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, governance, and executive reporting to ensure the program delivers against agreed business outcomes and phase-gate commitments.
Own and maintain the integrated project plan across Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Infrastructure, and Go-to-Market workstreams.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is USD $145K-160K
This range reflects the base salary only and does not include any additional compensation components. Any offer of employment is dependent on several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
7+ years of experience managing complex software, technology, or data-platform programs, including at least 3 years leading multi-workstream programs with executive visibility.
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of program schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes for programs of comparable scope. This should be direct ownership—not coordination support for another project manager’s plan.
Experience delivering programs in a regulated environment , where audit trails, evidence, documentation, and traceability are core delivery requirements.
Strong experience running Agile delivery at scale alongside phase-gated executive governance , with the ability to translate between Agile execution and executive-level milestones and decisions.
Proven track record establishing and managing:
Excellent written and verbal communication , with the ability to create clear project dashboards and executive updates that provide the right information to the right audience.
Experience managing external customer, partner, or design-partner commitments as integrated components of the delivery plan.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to drive accountability across Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Infrastructure, Commercial, and Customer Experience teams.
Experience in pipeline integrity, utilities, energy, infrastructure, or another asset-intensive regulated industry.
Experience delivering data-platform, ML, or AI programs using:
Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program/project management certification.
Experience integrating an acquired team, product, platform, or technology into an existing organization or operating model.
The ideal candidate is an experienced program delivery leader , not simply a project coordinator. You have personally owned complex delivery commitments, know how to surface problems before they become surprises, and can move comfortably between Agile teams, executive governance, customer commitments, and business-level outcomes.
You bring the structure needed to make a complex, cross-functional technology program predictable, transparent, and accountable.
