Reonic GmbH in Berlin is seeking an intern to join its fast-growing team, shaping early products for a green-tech AI OS. You will work directly with founders and the senior team on 4-6 month projects, diving into topics, talking to customers, and driving MVPs to market.

The role requires C2 German and English fluency, willingness to roll up sleeves, and a hands-on mindset. Office-based in Berlin, with opportunities to learn across product, operations and strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in German (C2) and English.
• Currently studying at a top university.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Please note that for this role, C2 German proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

What You’ll Do

• Dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems, building deep understanding through frequent, direct client conversations.

• Hands-on drive the launch of new digital products and services – from first idea to market rollout, working closely with the co-founders and senior team.

• Talk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and actively promote, position, and upsell new products and features while iterating based on real-world feedback.

• Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives – shaping value propositions, defining MVPs, prioritizing features, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating sales, marketing, and tech for fast, smooth launches.
