Reonic, based in Berlin, seeks an energetic intern to join its fast-paced team and help launch digital products. You will engage directly with customers, shape product ideas, and work closely with co-founders and senior staff in a hands-on role during a 4-6 month onsite internship in Berlin.

The role emphasizes German language proficiency (C2) and English fluency, with prior startup exposure and a passion for energy-tech scaleups. This is an on-site position in Berlin.

Please note that for this role, C2 German proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

What You’ll Do

• Dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems, building deep understanding through frequent, direct client conversations.


• Hands-on drive the launch of new digital products and services – from first idea to market rollout, working closely with the co-founders and senior team.


• Talk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and actively promote, position, and upsell new products and features while iterating based on real-world feedback.


• Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives – shaping value propositions, defining MVPs, prioritizing features, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating sales, marketing, and tech for fast, smooth launches.
