Reonic, a fast-growing renewable energy startup, seeks a motivated student for a full-time, on-site internship in Berlin. You’ll work closely with founders and the Account Management team to translate customer feedback into product insights and help shape features.

In this role you’ll set up customer accounts, join calls, and contribute to onboarding while maintaining customer records and tracking engagement metrics. German C2 proficiency is required, and a 5-month commitment is expected.

Qualifikationen

• German C2 proficiency required.
• Structured, proactive, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in customer success, sales and customer engagement.
• Ideally start in September.
• Available for at least 5 month internship in Berlin office.
• Experience in SaaS/startups or customer-facing roles is a plus.

• Be the go-to technical contact for German customers via support chat, WhatsApp, or email.
• Join customer calls alongside Account Managers to provide product expertise and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide administrative support, maintaining customer records and tracking key engagement metrics.
