Reonic in Berlin seeks an energetic intern to work on strategic projects accelerating the energy transition. You will engage with customers daily, help launch new digital products, and collaborate closely with the co-founders and senior team in a fast-paced, in-person setting.

The role requires C2 German proficiency, English fluency, and hands-on problem solving in a startup environment. This 4-6 month internship is based in our Berlin office.

• Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives, shaping value propositions and coordinating sales, marketing and tech for fast launches.

Please note that for this role, C2 German proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

What You’ll Do

• Dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems, building deep understanding through frequent, direct client conversations.

• Hands-on drive the launch of new digital products and services – from first idea to market rollout, working closely with the co-founders and senior team.

• Talk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and actively promote, position, and upsell new products and features while iterating based on real-world feedback.

• Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives – shaping value propositions, defining MVPs, prioritizing features, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating sales, marketing, and tech for fast, smooth launches.
