Reonic is seeking a hands-on product leader to own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives. You will shape value propositions, define MVPs, prioritize features, and coordinate sales, marketing, and tech for fast launches.

You will dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems through frequent client conversations, and drive the launch of digital products from first idea to market.

Please note that for this role, C2 German proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

What You’ll Do

• Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives – shaping value propositions, defining MVPs, prioritizing features, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating sales, marketing, and tech for fast, smooth launches.
• Dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems, building deep understanding through frequent, direct client conversations.
• Hands-on drive the launch of new digital products and services – from first idea to market rollout, working closely with the co-founders and senior team.
• Talk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and actively promote, position, and upsell new products and features while iterating based on real-world feedback.
