Reonic in Berlin is seeking a hands-on intern passionate about sales, technology and sustainability to join our fast-growing renewable energy startup. This full-time, on-site role requires C2 German and offers opportunities to translate customer feedback into product insights and support onboarding.

You will collaborate with co-founders and the Head of Account Management on initiatives, draft product specs, configure customer accounts, and be the go-to technical contact for German customers.

Qualifikationen

• C2 German proficiency is required.
• Final-year student in engineering or business school.
• Available for at least 5 months in Berlin.
• On-site in Berlin office.

• Assist with drafting product specifications and feature requests based on real customer use cases.
• Set up and configure customer accounts tailored to their business needs.
• Be the go-to technical contact for German customers via support chat, WhatsApp, or email.
• Join customer calls alongside Account Managers to provide product expertise and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide administrative support, maintaining customer records and tracking key engagement metrics.
