Job Title: Driver
Location: Brunswick, Ohio
Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized driver to schedule doctor's appointments and transport the residents to the appointments. This role may involve extended hours depending on the needs.

Note:

Our company vehicle that is used to transport to appointments is a 12 passenger bus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate doctor appointments for patients.
  • Provide transportation to and from medical appointments.
  • Act as a liaison to the residents at the appointments, help wheel them into the appointment and out, provide doctors notes, orders, etc. to nursing staff upon return to facility.
  • Provide receptionist duties as needed, which can include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Assist the Medical Records Manager with various tasks.
  • Adapt to changing hours and duties as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic office applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience in scheduling and transportation is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Work Hours:
  • 8 hours shifts.
  • Availability for weekday, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
