Role Overview

As a Trainee in Project & Studio Management, you will work closely with the founders of various game studios, gaining hands‑on exposure to diverse topics around founding and managing development studios. The role offers a unique opportunity to dive into multiple disciplines, from project management to corporate strategy.

This path is designed for someone who lives games inside and out — you play, argue, and dive into the industry like it’s second nature.

You will join the Padawan Guild, our professional development program, where you’ll gain practical, hands‑on insights into how we devise strategies, manage companies and people, as well as other topics from corporate management and the games industry.
