Fox ESS in Germany is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join the after-sales team in a hybrid, full-time role serving the D-A-CH region.

You will diagnose and troubleshoot issues on inverters and energy storage products, provide phone/email/on-site support, and collaborate with engineering teams while documenting FAQs and guides to help customers. This role also includes onboarding, training, and opportunities for international exposure within a fast-growing renewable energy brand.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills in both German and English (mandatory).
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the D‑A‑CH region if needed.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
