Zusammenfassung

enercast GmbH in Kassel is seeking a Technical Consultant Renewable Energies / Support to provide expert technical assistance to energy customers and partners. You will analyze and resolve complex inquiries, maintain relationships, and contribute to product enhancements with feedback to DevOps and Product teams.

The role combines data analysis, scripting, and customer-facing activities in a hybrid work setting, supporting a global customer base from Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Technical, scientific, or business-related degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Professional experience in technical customer support, the SaaS business, energy sector, or data analysis is an advantage; technically and analytically minded career starters are welcome.
• English language skills at B2 level, both written and spoken.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or other spreadsheet software.
• Knowledge of Python or another scripting/programming language.
• Ideally, experience with data formats and interfaces such as CSV, JSON, REST/MQTT APIs, RegEx, Unix/Linux tools, or Kubernetes.

• Maintain and develop customer relationships; manage the customer portfolio; conduct needs analyses; support upselling and renewals.

• For complex issues, collaborate with DevOps, Product Management, and Sales teams.
• Document insights to improve products and processes and deepen understanding of market and customer requirements.

Your role
