Sungrow Europe is seeking a Technical Sales Coordinator ESS to shape tailored battery energy storage solutions for the DACH market. You will lead pre-sales advisory and coordinate multi-disciplinary interfaces across electrical, mechanical, civil, and control systems to underpin project development.

The role requires a bachelor in engineering, hands-on BESS experience in Europe, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, ideally electrical focus.
• Hands-on experience with BESS technologies, preferably in Germany or Europe.
• Knowledge of energy storage technologies and market developments.
• Experience providing technical advisory support to investors or developers.
• Contributed to international ESS or hybrid renewables projects.
• Confident communication with clients, utilities, EPCs, and partners.
• Familiar with ESS specifications, European regulations and IEC/IEEE standards.
• German and English at C1 level; other languages a plus.

Your profile

Role

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification, ideally with an electrical engineering focus.
• You bring hands-on experience with BESS technologies, ideally gained in Germany and other European or international markets.
• You have strong knowledge of established and emerging energy storage technologies, solutions and market developments.
• You have experience providing technical advisory support to investors, project developers or other stakeholders.
• You have contributed to the development or delivery of international ESS or hybrid renewable-energy projects.
• You communicate confidently with clients, utilities, EPC partners, balance-of-plant providers and other project stakeholders.
• You are familiar with ESS technical specifications, European regulations and relevant IEC and IEEE standards.
• You have German and English language skills at C1 level; additional European languages are a plus.
