Hoymiles, a high-tech solar energy company, seeks an experienced regional technical service professional in Germany. You will be responsible for regional technical service and post-sales activities, providing technical advice on products, installation, and operation, and ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and warranty requests.

The role requires a Bachelor or higher in Electronics/Electrical or related majors, at least 5 years in the solar industry, and fluent English, with collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors.
• Minimum 5 years related experience in the solar industry.
• Good communicator with fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for regional technical service responsibility
• Responsible for the sell-through and post-sales activities in the region
• Provide technical advice to customers on product, installation, and system operational matters
• Ensure proper resolution to customer inquiries and warranty service requests
• Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service-related issues
• Conduct regional product/technical training, seminars and webinars
• Liaise with HQ to resolve customer issues
• Gather product intelligence information, perform competitor analysis
• Lead or participate in projects and process improvement activities
• Provide sales and marketing support as needed
