Job summary
GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer Germany (m/f/d) to lead Level 2 technical support and train Level 1 teams across Europe. You will collaborate with sales, R&D, and partners to deliver responsive service and build strong customer relationships.
Based in Germany, you will work with an international team, travel as needed, and contribute to expanding GoodMe’s service footprint while ensuring high customer satisfaction and process excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in electrical engineering, communication technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support.
- Fluent in German and English at B2 level.
- Willingness to travel and cross-border collaboration.
- Structured, customer-focused, results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support the training of the Level 1 hotline, ensuring high performance and technical proficiency.
- Act according to service KPIs and processes, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Provide direct technical support to GoodWe distributors and installers through remote and on-site training, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Analyse product issues and escalate to Level 3 when needed.
- Conduct customer installation and service training sessions, both online and in-person.
- Collaborate with the Germany regional team.
- Proactively enhance service processes and tools to boost customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
