As Sales Manager – Germany, you’ll use your hands‑on product and application knowledge to guide customers, shape solutions, and help expand the company’s presence across key industrial and civil markets.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive growth and increase market visibility across Germany.
  • Promote industrial safety and resilience solutions across emergency services, utilities, municipal infrastructure, and civil defence.
  • Engage with public‑sector procurement teams and participate in tender processes.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, customer demonstrations, and technical events.
  • Work closely with customers to understand operational challenges and propose tailored technical solutions.
  • Collaborate internally with engineering, manufacturing, product, and commercial teams across Europe.
About You
  • Experience in a technical or operations‑focused role such as Application Engineering, Product Management, Technical Support, Production Engineering, Quality, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of technical products, industrial equipment, or safety‑related solutions.
  • Comfortable explaining engineering concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and building trust with customers.
  • Interested in developing commercial skills and stepping into a consultative sales function.
  • Confident engaging with public‑sector organisations (e.g., fire brigades, municipalities, utilities).
  • Independent, organised, and motivated by problem‑solving and long‑term customer relationships.
  • Fluent in German and English, with clear and confident communication skills.
