Zusammenfassung

Heinlehmann in Krefeld sucht einen Technischen Vertriebsassistenten (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung im Kundenservice. Die Position umfasst Projektkalkulation, Angebotserstellung und Kundenkommunikation.

Erforderlich sind eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und Kenntnisse in MS Office. Wir bieten umfangreiche Einarbeitung, flexible Arbeitszeiten und 30 Tage Jahresurlaub.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung als Mechaniker, Mechatroniker oder ähnliche Ausbildung.
• Relevante Erfahrungen im Kundenservice.
• Gute MS Office Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrung in ERP-Systemen.

Aufgaben

• Projektkalkulation und Angebotserstellung.
• Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Kundenanfragen.
• Zusammenarbeit bei Beschwerden mit dem Qualitätsmanagement.

Clerk for technical internal sales / customer service (m/f/d)

• Project calculation
• Quotation and order processing
• Project-related purchasing
• Processing complaints together with quality management
• Partial support at industry trade fairs
• Completed technical vocational training as a mechanic, mechatronics technician or similar training (m/f/d)
• Relevant experience in customer service
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way
• Good MS Office skills and ideally experience in ERP systems
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Reliability, ability to work in a team and commitment
• Structured, independent and self-reliant way of working
• Strong communication skills as well as a high level of customer and service orientation
• Willingness to take occasional business trips
• Class 3 / B driving licence
