• Setting up, programming, and operating a welding robot system with Panasonic robots
• Supporting component optimization and the continuous improvement of production processes
• Programming and training new components directly on the system
• Ensuring and maintaining smooth operation, and immediately troubleshooting process malfunctions
• Maintaining and optimizing the welding robots
• Monitoring and maintaining the work environment according to the 5S methodology
• Experience in programming and operating welding robots
• Interest in the continuous development of automated work processes
• Practical knowledge of MAG welding
• Reliability, teamwork, and commitment
