Job summary

UES AG in Krefeld sucht eine/n Lagerassistent/in bzw. Lagerlogistik-Spezialisten (m/w/d). Sie prüfen Wareneingänge, lagern sorgfältig, bereiten Materialien für Produktion und Versand vor und unterstützen beim Versand sowie der Dokumentation.

Ziel ist eine reibungslose, gut organisierte Lagerlogistik in einem innovativen Unternehmen. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Lagerbereich, Erfahrung in Lager/Logistik und gute Deutschkenntnisse.

Qualifications

• Abschluss einer Berufsausbildung z.B. als Fachlagerlogistik oder vergleichbar.
• Berufserfahrung in Lager/logistik vorteilhaft.
• Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse zur Koordination im Team und Bearbeitung von Begleit- und Versanddokumenten.
• Grundlegende Computerkenntnisse sind erwünscht.
• Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit.
• Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil, Gabelstapler-Führerschein von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Wareneingang prüfen, lagern und korrekt einlagern.
• Lieferungen auf Vollständigkeit und offensichtliche Schäden prüfen.
• Materialien für Produktion, Montage und Versand bereitstellen.
• Waren für nationalen und internationalen Versand verpacken und vorbereiten.
• Versanddokumente vorbereiten und bearbeiten.
• Be- und Entladen von Lieferfahrzeugen.
• Empfangene Güter sowie versandte Güter erfassen.
• Unterstützung bei Bestandsprüfungen und Inventuren.
• Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Übersicht im Lager sicherstellen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Produktion, Montage und Versand.

Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and correctly storing incoming goods
• Checking deliveries for completeness and visible damage
• Picking and preparing materials for production, assembly and dispatch
• Packing and preparing our goods for domestic and international dispatch
• Preparing and processing the necessary dispatch documents
• Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
• Recording goods received and goods dispatched
• Assisting with stock checks and stock-taking
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and clarity in the warehouse
• Working closely with the Purchasing, Production, Assembly and Dispatch departments

Your profile

• Ideally, you will have completed a vocational training programme, for example as:
  • Warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d)
  • Warehouse Operative (m/f/d)
  • or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in warehousing, logistics or dispatch is an advantage
• We also welcome committed career changers (m/f/d) with practical experience in warehousing
• An independent, meticulous and organised approach to work
• A strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to support in related areas where required
• Good command of German for coordinating with the team and processing goods accompanying and dispatch documents
• Basic computer skills
• Physical stamina
• A Class B driving licence would be an advantage
• A valid forklift licence is an advantage
