This position requires someone who understands modern technology stacks and can confidently identify, engage, and assess highly technical talent.

The ideal candidate has a strong background recruiting engineers and is comfortable partnering with hiring managers, sourcing passive candidates, and managing multiple technical searches simultaneously.
