Zusammenfassung

WAGNER Group GmbH in Germany seeks a technically skilled professional to plan, control, and monitor construction processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities for subcontractors and materials while maintaining timely, cost-efficient project schedules with comprehensive risk reporting.

The role includes technical management of site managers and fitters, ensuring ongoing personnel and material planning, and ensuring defect-free acceptance by clients and authorities.

Qualifikationen

• Training in a technical field with further training as a technician or master craftsman, or comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of specialist professional experience in a technical environment
• Knowledge of project management and confident handling of an ERP system and MS Office
• Ideally management experience in a comparable position
• Analytical thinking, commercial understanding and service orientation
• Communication skills, sense of responsibility and empathy
