Mühlbauer GmbH & Co. KG in Roding seeks a technically experienced and leadership-minded engineer to steer a dynamic electronics team.

You will drive projects from concept to implementation, coordinating with management and customers to ensure precise delivery of specifications. The role requires strong knowledge of automation technologies, fieldbus standards, and hands-on experience with EPLAN P8 and SAP, coupled with excellent English and teamwork skills.

Qualifikationen

• Must have completed vocational training as technician/master technician or a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field.
• Knowledge of modern automation technology and fieldbus systems with relevant standards.
• Proficient in EPLAN P8 and SAP.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external contacts.
• Willingness to travel for work and strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking and working.
• Experience in technical and/or disciplinary personnel management.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a technician or master technician (m/f/d) or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field
• Knowledge of modern automation technology, particularly in working with fieldbus systems and applicable standards
• Proficiency in EPLAN P8
• Solid knowledge of SAP
• Good written and spoken English skills
