Job summary

Mühlbauer GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an experienced IT project manager to lead international Identity Management implementation projects from initiation to final acceptance.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget and quality while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has a degree in IT or related field, PMP certification, at least five years of international IT project management experience, and strong knowledge of PMBOK, Agile and Hybrid delivery.

Job description

Your Responsibilities

• Lead international Identity Management implementation projects from initiation to final acceptance
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and quality

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• PMP certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing international IT projects
• Experience with Identity Management, Cybersecurity or secure government solutions
• Knowledge of PMI PMBOK, Agile and Hybrid Project Delivery
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Primavera
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Cloud Infrastructure, PKI and Enterprise Integration
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
• Customer-focused and well organized
• Ability to thrive in international environments & willingness to travel
