Zusammenfassung

Mühlbauer Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead international Identity Management implementation projects from initiation to final acceptance. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and quality while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across borders.

The role requires PMP certification, 5+ years of international IT project management, and strong leadership with excellent English skills. Travel readiness is expected in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• PMI PMP certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing international IT projects.
• Experience with Identity Management, Cybersecurity or secure government solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of PMI PMBOK, Agile and Hybrid project delivery.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Excellent English skills.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• PMP certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing international IT projects
• Experience with Identity Management, Cybersecurity or secure government solutions
• Knowledge of PMI PMBOK, Agile and Hybrid Project Delivery
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Primavera
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Cloud Infrastructure, PKI and Enterprise Integration
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills

• Ability to thrive in international environments & willingness to travel
