Zusammenfassung

Mühlbauer GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an experienced International IT Project Manager to lead Identity Management implementation initiatives from initiation to final acceptance.

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders across borders. The role requires 5+ years of managing international IT projects, strong PMBOK/Agile knowledge, and excellent English.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Alternatively, PRINCE2-certified.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing international IT projects.
• Experience with Identity Management, Cybersecurity or secure government solutions.
• Knowledge of PMI PMBOK, Agile and Hybrid Project Delivery.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Cloud Infrastructure, PKI and Enterprise Integration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Customer-focused and well organized.
• Ability to thrive in international environments & willingness to travel.
• Excellent English skills.
