Job summary

Wagner Group GmbH sucht eine fachlich versierte Bau- bzw. Projektsleitung in Hamburg. Sie verantworten Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Bauprozessen sowie die technische Leitung von Site-Managern und Monteuren.

Sie bringen mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen und MS Office sowie analytisches Denken und Kundenorientierung mit. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Remote-Option sind vorhanden.

Qualifications

• Technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in technischem Umfeld.
• Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office.
• Führungserfahrung von Vorteil.
• Analytisches Denken, kaufmännisches Verständnis und Serviceorientierung.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Bauprozessen.
• Identifizierung von Kostensenkungspotenzialen für Subunternehmerleistungen.
• Entwicklung und Aktualisierung eines termingerechten, kostenoptimierten Projektplans.
• Technische Leitung von Bauleitern und Monteuren sowie Personal- und Materialbedarf.
• Sicherstellung mängelfreier Abnahme durch Kunde oder Experte.

What you can expect from us

• Responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring construction processes
• Identification of additional cost optimization potential for subcontractor services and materials
• Developing and updating a timely and cost-optimized project schedule and ensuring comprehensive reporting on opportunities and risks within the project at all times
• Technical management of site managers and fitters (m/f/d) as well as ongoing personnel and material requirements planning
• Ensuring and carrying out defect-free acceptance by the client, expert or in the case of further official acceptance procedures

What characterizes you

• Training in a technical field with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, alternatively a degree with a technical focus
• At least 2 years of specialist professional experience in a technical environment
• Knowledge of project management and confident handling of an ERP system and MS Office
• Ideally management experience in a comparable position
• Analytical thinking, commercial understanding and service orientation
• Communication skills, sense of responsibility and empathy
