Who you are

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • High willingness to travel internationally, including extended on-site assignments, and adapting to new locations, cultures and operating conditions.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting unstructured, cross-domain problems at the interface of software, embedded systems, networking, and hardware.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems and log analysis (e.g. Wireshark, PlotJuggler or similar).
  • Customer- and mission-focused mindset and take ownership in representing the product and company in real-world deployments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Experience with UAVs, robotics, autonomy, mission software, or networking is a strong plus.
Why TYTAN?

  • Enjoy flexible working hours.
  • Access to EGYM Wellpass sports facilities.

Your roadmap to make an impact
  • Act as the on-site deployed engineer for customer projects, supporting the full deployment lifecycle from contract initiation to implementation and go-live.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers: analyse operational requirements, translate them into system and integration solutions, by ensuring customer expectations.
  • Plan and execute on-site installation, commissioning, testing, hand-over, customer training, and operational support - including adaptation to local infrastructure, regulatory frameworks, and cultural requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships and support the company’s international growth strategy with a focus on expansion into new countries and markets.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system-level issues across hardware, software, networking, and mission operations using logs, telemetry, and hands-on debugging.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks during deployment planning and execution, working closely with logistics, operations, and engineering teams.
  • Build internal knowledge through documentation, troubleshooting and deployment guides, and act as a trusted technical expert for deployed systems.
