Job summary

Hiremoon in Germany seeks an experienced Technical Writer to create and maintain MRO documentation, aligning with CMM, CRM, CMP, CRP, SB and coordinating with Engineering, Workshop and Technical Service.

You will prepare documentation from engineering drawings and data, and create, update and publish technical publications per S1000D, ATA iSpec 2200 and STE100, while managing records and supporting external providers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Initial practical experience in technical documentation, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a Technical Writer is advantageous.
• Knowledge of S1000D, ATA iSpec 2200 and/or STE100 is a plus.
• Experience in the aerospace industry or MRO environments is advantageous.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work with engineering data.
• Very good English skills, particularly Technical English.
• Good IT skills and confidence in documentation systems.
• Structured, independent and detail-oriented working style.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Initial practical experience in technical documentation, engineering, mechanical engineering or a related technical field
• Experience as a Technical Writer / Technical Documentation Specialist is an advantage
• Knowledge of S1000D, ATA iSpec 2200 and/or STE100 is a plus
• Experience in the aerospace industry or MRO environment is advantageous
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work with engineering data and drawings
• Very good English skills, particularly Technical English
