What You Will Do
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software problems for dealers and end‑users.
  • Drive customer success by helping customers and dealers navigate and maximize the benefits and application functionality of our cutting‑edge geospatial products.
  • Develop and deliver on‑site and online training sessions for our users to enhance their understanding of product capabilities and troubleshooting skills.
  • Handle customer interactions efficiently via email, phone calls and online meetings.
  • Elevate customer voices by collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Service) to elevate high‑priority issues, feature & enhancement requests, and consult on technical matters, ensuring customer feedback is impactful.
  • Create and maintain high‑quality documentation for internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Take ownership of side projects to explore the full potential of our tools and share best practices with the team.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
  • Academic background in Surveying, Geomatics, Remote Sensing, or similar disciplines preferred with an additional professional experience in the geospatial domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Mobile Mapping Systems, including the operation of key components like GNSS/INS, LiDAR, and imaging technologies, and the processing and analysis of geospatial data.
  • A strong customer‑centric mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional technical support, presentations, trainings and building relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse global technical teams, dealers and customers.
  • Fluent level of English is required.
