Your qualification

• Valid climbing license IRATA / FISAT Level 3
• Solid skills in general structural blade repairs or fibreglass repairs in particular
• Profound knowledge of vacuum techniques
• Leading position in the wind energy in the past
• Driving license, class B or higher
• Fluent in English

Your tasks

• Carrying out repair and maintenance work on rotor blades via rope access
• Inspecting the blade surfaces
• Repairing structural damages (Category 3-4) with fibreglass
• Lamination
• Division of work tasks and management of activities
• Close exchange with project manager in the back office
• Documentation of your work
• Leading a team of 2 colleagues
