Job summary

Galaxus Germany GmbH in Neuenburg am Rhein is seeking a Team Leader Inbound to manage day-to-day operations in our automated warehouse. You lead a team of 10–15, ensure on-time product flows, and optimize logistics processes while controlling costs. On-site leadership and hands-on collaboration are key.

You will drive safety, mentor your team, and contribute to building our new logistics group at the Neuenburg site, with a focus on growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive logistics expertise and hands-on leadership in warehousing.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in logistics operations.
• Good written and spoken English (B2); German/French a bonus.

As Team Leader Inbound, you're the go-to person when it comes to day-to-day operations. You make sure our products reach customers safely, on time, and without burning a hole in the budget. You lead with initiative, constantly look for ways to sharpen our logistics processes, and you play a key role in shaping and growing our new logistics team at the Neuenburg site.

Your responsibilities

• Daily operations in our fully automated warehouse run smoothly under your watch, and when something needs doing, you're the first to jump in
• Leading a team of 10 to 15 people means looking after both their professional growth and their well-being as individuals
• Employee reviews are yours to run, and the team stays aligned through daily stand-ups plus weekly meetings on site
• Growing your team's skills matters to you, and you take an active hand in bringing new colleagues on board
• Safety and health protection (ASGS) is simply part of how you work, not an afterthought
• Your logistics know-how and your team's input flow directly into projects aimed at making our processes better

Your skills

• Extensive logistics expertise is part of your toolkit, whether it comes from years on the job or specialised training
• Solid leadership experience rounds out the picture, ideally gathered in logistics or somewhere close to it
• Good communication skills in English (Level B2). If you're not at that level yet, you should be willing to improve your English. French or German is a welcome bonus
• MS Office holds no surprises, and warehouse management systems are familiar territory
• Resilience, humour, enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality carry you far in the daily back and forth
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Demonstrating the courage to take risks and act on convictions under uncertainty
