Are you passionate about electrical engineering and systems technology? Join our team and play a key role in electrical engineering for our low-voltage switchboard SIVACON S8/S1. You will lead the Lead-Hub Team for electrical engineering. You will coordinate and monitor engineering activities for systems, ensure compliance with processes and procedures, and lead a team of assigned technical experts and engineering staff.

  • You guide concept development and technical problem-solving for complex tasks, you identify and apply new technologies for innovative low-voltage switchboard design, and you support technical proposals to optimize solutions and enhance bid competitiveness.
  • You drive ongoing improvements in engineering processes to boost quality and efficiency, help standardize global engineering practices by collaborating across departments and locations, and you propose, coordinate, and track initiatives for improvement.
  • You ensure clear communication between employees and departments.
  • You have many years of experience and advanced knowledge of medium and low voltage distribution products.
  • You have extensive experience designing switchgear and power supply systems, and you are familiar with CAE systems and electrical documentation standards.
  • You have validated leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
  • You have a master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in German and English complete your profile.
