Mission of the role
Build and scale Aleph Alphas Enablement and Academy function end to end. Deliver high impact external customer education for Aleph Alphas GenAI solutions while driving internal onboarding L&D and sales enablement. Lead and grow a team that creates an adoption customer health and measurable internal enablement.

Reports to VP Customer Experience
Leads a team of 6 from day one
Mix of responsibilities : 60 percent external client enablement 30 percent internal onboarding and L&D 10 percent sales enablement
Close partnership with Value Engineering Product Delivery and Sales teams
Your Responsibilities
External Client Enablement
- Build and scale a client facing enablement offering covering GenAI skills development market education and training on Aleph Alpha solutions and research innovations
- Develop skill-based and persona-based enablement paths that can be tailored to different customer contexts
- Drive customer adoption and customer health through targeted data driven enablement
- Create repeatable playbooks to support enablement for custom applications and large-scale enterprise rollouts and support Value Engineering in designing tailored adoption plans and enablement offerings to customers
Internal Onboarding and L&D
- Own companywide onboarding for new hires across technical and non-technical roles
- Drive role-based and skill-based learning paths for internal teams
- Own the company wide L&D budget and ensure maximum value generated by L&D programs
- Partner with leaders across the entire organization to define capability needs and close skill gaps
- Establish standards for training quality learning assets and internal documentation
Sales Enablement
- Equip AEs and Value Engineers with pitch ready content talk tracks and competitive positioning
- Run targeted sales training on our platform methodologies and product updates
- Maintain a structured enablement calendar for the GTM organization
Academy Platform and Content
- Own the Aleph Alpha Academy platform content roadmap and quality standards
- Ensure programs deliver measurable ROI and support Aleph Alphas strategic objectives
- Oversee the Academys tech stack implementing advancements to maintain industry-leading learning standards
Leadership and Scaling
- Lead coach and develop a team of 6 based in Heidelberg or Berlin
- Define operating models production workflows and an efficient content lifecycle
- Scale the team in line with company growth while maintaining a lean setup
- Establish an internal community of experts that contribute to content and training delivery
Your Background
Fluent in German and English languages
- Strong experience in customer / partner education Customer Success Solution Engineering Digital Customer Experience or related field within technology or software industries.
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-impact learning programs and teams.
- Experience launching or scaling learning platforms or academies from early stage
- Strong strategic planning communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to measure and optimize program effectiveness.
- Proven experience in tech enablement with a track record of building and scaling internal and external programs
- Strong understanding of GenAI or adjacent technologies or the ability to ramp up fast
- Confident delivering presentations and trainings to customers including executives
- Experience leading a team and working cross functionally in a fast-moving environment
