Your core tasks at a glance:

• You have a very good feel for uncut diamonds in the rough that would fill our vacancies perfectly.
• You know exactly where to find talent. That’s why you enjoy actively searching for applicants and candidates yourself, reviewing their documents and evaluating them.
• We offer you plenty of room for new ideas and creative self-development: don’t hesitate to actively suggest improvements to manage and develop the entire recruiting process.
• Xing, LinkedIn, Personio and Indeed are well known. Find other new suitable channels and put them through their paces. You will also develop new search strategies on the familiar portals.
• In close coordination with the social media team, you will design advertisements, make a targeted selection of applicants, accompany the entire application process and ensure a positive talent experience
• Make your personal success measurable! Together with the management, you will analyze your recruiting performance and give and receive constructive input.
• Recruiting is your core area of expertise and at the same time your passion. That’s why you already have at least 2 years of experience in this field.
• Alternatively, you have completed a degree in human resources or a comparable commercial apprenticeship with experience in HR.
• You see yourself as a team player and want to celebrate your successes together with your colleagues.
• Legally, you are fit in terms of prescribed legal standards and knowledge of relevant legal texts.
• You enjoy working on a PC (Mac) and are familiar with the common MS Office applications.
• You communicate with potential applicants in German and English, if possible also in Serbian or Croatian.
