Your mission:

• Good and detailed planning is half the battle! The contact person for all questions relating to the deployment of employees and customers on site? That’s you!
• You take responsibility and are the leader of your team! Recognize talent, welcome them to your team and take them along on your exciting mission for protection and security.
• It’s nice to be able to rely on an existing team with low turnover. From day 1, you take new employees by the hand, guide them through onboarding and instruct them on new assignments.
• Get the most out of your team! Where do you need an extra motivational boost? Where can strengths be strengthened and weaknesses forgotten? You choose the training courses for your staff!
• Do you have a magnifying glass in your luggage and can find even the smallest adjustment screw? You stand for quality and always work under the following premise: You don’t just want to meet the customer’s expectations, you want to exceed them!

Your format:

• You are at home in the security industry and have turned your vocation into a profession. You are therefore a specialist for protection and security or a certified protection and security officer.
• You have always led the way and created new footprints yourself. You enjoy taking people with you on your journey.
• You are known as a problem solver both privately and professionally. You are valued for your communication with others.
• You know that a successful team achieves more together than egoists. You also never forget that every team is only as strong as its weakest member.
• Endurance, weight training, team sports: Your healthy mind lives in a healthy body.
• You can easily overcome language barriers. With your hands and feet or in English as well as German.
• You also feel comfortable in the office. You work well both at your desk and in the field.
• It is important to you that you can get from A to B flexibly. That’s why you have a valid class B driver’s license.
