You will be a part of the creative and high‑performing Talent Search (TS) Team in Berlin, one of three core processes of Netlight. Your main responsibility will be around recruitment and other processes connected to the growth of Netlight. You will manage the whole recruitment process, from the first contact to a world‑class onboarding of our new colleague into Netlight. This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, project management, internal and external employer branding, talent management, equality work and other activities that connect to a long‑term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight.
